Harsimran Saini

Harsimran obtained a BA and LLB Law degree from Punjabi University India in 1998 and moved to the UK and qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2005. Harsimran set up his own firm of solicitors and became a managing partner in 2006 he has worked relentlessly to establish three branches within the UK. Harsimran has overall supervision of the firm and has really focused on providing stellar customer service and implementing this standard across the firm, he has over 15 years of experience as a solicitor and specialises in Commercial & Residential Conveyancing, Immigration, Litigation and Wills & Probate.

Majid Sarwar has established himself as a leading Immigration and Family Law solicitor within the city and nationally. Having studied at the University of Leicester and being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011 Majid has catapulted from strength to strength within a remarkably short time to having first established and led the Immigration and Family department within the firm (and Personal Injury) and then further establishing himself as a firm contender to become a partner and director at HS Lawyers. Majid has overall supervision of the firm now and spends his time assisting his team across all three branches in legal matters and assisting in all regulatory compliance matters.

Vega is a Property Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer) and joined HS Lawyers in 2010. He brings a wealth of 15 years of experience in dealing with commercial matters and is based in the Wolverhampton Branch. Vega deals with all aspects of commercial law and specialises in leasehold, freehold, assignments of lease, Transfer of Equity and Landlord/Tenant Law.

Asad qualified in 2011 and has helped the Peterborough branch cement itself as the most reputable and publicly reviewed firm in Cambridgeshire.
Kheretta Riley - Solicitor

Kheretta was admitted to the role of Solicitors in 2021 and joined HS Lawyers thereafter. She obtained a 1st Class Honours Degree in LLB Law (hons) and graduated from the University of Wolverhampton. Having trained at a firm of solicitors in Birmingham, gaining experience in various property transactions and other areas in law, Kheretta has now joined our residential Conveyancing team and specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Pooja Markanda
Family Lawyer
Pooja is a Family Lawyer (Fellow CILEx). She was authorised in September 2014. Pooja joined HS Lawyers in 2020 and has extensive wide range of experience of dealing with private family law related matters, specialising in domestic abuse, private children law, divorce and financial matters. Pooja also advises on pre-nuptial and post separation agreements including agreements for cohabitants.
Pooja encourages clients, where possible, to resolve disputes out of court and deals with cases in a constructive manner. Pooja responds quickly to the needs of her clients and is particularly passionate in achieving best possible outcomes for all her clients by providing expert advice in all areas of family law. Pooja also assists the conveyancing team, dealing with residential matters only.
Arjun Veeraiyan
Conveyancing Assistant
Arjun was called to National Service in the Singapore Armed Forces, he Commissioned as an officer in 2016 and spent three years serving his nation. Thereafter he continued his studies at Birmingham City University and is currently hoping to graduate with an Accounting and Finance degree. Arjun joined HS Lawyers as a conveyancing assistant in 2021 and works in our residential conveyancing team based in West Bromwich.
Alex Birch
Conveyancing Assistant
Alex is a Conveyancing Assistant who joined HS Lawyers in 2021. He graduated from Birmingham City University with a Master of Science in Management in Finance & Batchelor of Arts in Business in 2020. Alex has a keen interest in the property industry and works and in our residential conveyancing team based in our West Bromwich Branch.
Sonam Mutoo
Receptionist
Sonam joined HS lawyers in March 2020 as our receptionist. Sonam plays an integral part as she represents our front of house and is the crucial link between clients and staff. Sonam has a keen interest in the property industry and now also provides assistance on residential conveyancing matters.
Ashad Asif
Admin Support
Ashad joined HS Lawyers in December 2020 as an apprentice and provides administrative support. He is currently studying business administration at Peterborough Regional College. Ashad has a keen and determined interest in the property and commercial industry and aspires to become a successful solicitor working for HS Lawyers.
